Bought stair carpet. Didn't even last a year. Went back to shop to be told that we had to pay half for a new carpet. Got new carpet fitted with new company. The reason why old carpet got holes in was because they never fully fitted underlay. Just put it on top of stairs not all the way down. Robbing gets. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

great prices very competitive with with the big stores and very flexible with fitting. The price includes everything underlay the lot go and get a great saving.

This is delayed review until product used. Really wonderful service from J & I. This is the second time they have done carpet for me. One for budgets for rental and one for our new home. Extremely comfortable carpet and it's still is! We had few bits of corner which came loss but this was easily amended with no issue. Their price is brilliant and it's all inclusive which is less than the uausly high street market which can cost few more. Advise was great and there is no push it hard selling here. Really nice local carpet place I would most definitely recommend them to all. Support your local business grow. The only recommendation and improvement would be for the guys to take their food, drink rubbish and hoover after completionm. I am sure wasn't done intentionally. Overall great service and great product. Will definitely use again.
