        Do not deal with this company!!!!! sent out faulty adapter/plug had to post back first class , after numerous emails ignored still no refund two weeks later now almost 20 out of pocket,

        I would really recommend NOT using this company. I got nowhere in the end and simply lost my money. They do not adhere to their own returns policy. When I ask to speak to management, they can't even be bothered coming to the phone to talk to you. Customer services, just repeat the same textbook spiel over and over. I eventually gave up wasting my time, as I was just going round in circles. Avoid!
