Left screws all over the drive now cost me a new car tyre. Used the kracher to drain to drain radiator left the back of and water was spraying everywhere in my hallway for a good 5 mins didn't he even noticei had to tell him all my kids coats, wall paper and slippers and laminate soaked. Told him he needed to drain the system in the first place. He was swareing as the valve wouldn't go on. What an absolute nightmare this company is. And to top it of he was ment to be here at 8 but came at 12.

Do not use this company to install boilers. We got them to do it for my elderly dad. The did not complete all the work. However the problems arose after the work was done. They refuse to provide an itemised bill but keep coming to you asking for more money. It is nearly two months since the work was completed but keep putting the bill up. They also keep calling my dad who has dementia demanding the extra money instead of contacting me (who they were told to contact in the first place).
