        Moved to Preston from Shrewsbury. Totally different experience here.Staff looked scruffy and not over helpful. Told internet and shop separate. No suggestion they could get yarn in for me. Do not hold yarn. Decided to leave rather than wait for assistant to ask a question of the manager, which would have took ages as she seemed to be struggling to stand without support from the counter. Left to what felt like hostile stares. Will stick to Internet ordering well in this area.
