I own 2 properties which I rent out, 1 purchased through Reeds Rains but both now rented out by Reeds Rains and the team do an excellent job! The tenant find service is second to none and I've always had excellent tenants chosen by the team. Thanks and keep up the good work!

Reeds Rains Estate Agents Chorley have these amazing and human loving people as associates.. From the very start of my application to my moving in, Lucy who was assigned to me was both professional and loving. I have never met a team of persons like these and I will always be grateful for all they do to promote how to treat fellow humans. Lucy deserves more than just this review, she is a star .. thanks for everything Reeds Rains Estate Agents... My kids love the new home crazily.

I was trying to rent in northwest Lancashire region from Poole Dorset and struggling big time. But Sonia's team specially Lucy was excellent: providing me a video tour of the property, up-to-date information, did not feel they are hungry for money. Welcomed me well. And in the end found a nice little house to live in. Thank you Dr Anowar

Very good team at Chorley branch, they know the market well and advise accordingly, never felt any pressure. Roy is fantastic guy who goes extra mile when required. We sold through them and he helped with getting gardening done & did bit of cleaning himself and provided with meter readings when required. Reason for 4stars is their recommend solicitors were double the price of my solicitor and increased the price after we agreed to their initial quote following which it went up by another c800(also wasted bit of our time) , my solicitor did it for half the charge. Also although we didn't appointment their recommended solicitors there was massive data protection breach wherein they sent us info of some other transactions and although we advised them to delete our all data they still emailed again with details of other transactionsafter in few weeks, also we wanted to transact through exclusivity agreement which initially was fine but after we appointed the team this didn't work out. Single handedly, the WORST service I have ever received. Being a tenant, unfortunately we don't get to choose who our Estate Agents are - especially with the current housing issues, but honestly if you do have the choice I strongly advise against Reeds Rains. Firstly they tried to rob over 300 off me and my boyfriend to end our contract early, due to me becoming pregnant and having to move back to my hometown for family support. 300 pound. They were having a laugh, told them immediately that I will have to check with Citizens Advice about these 'fees' because If there's one thing I'm not its a mug. So as soon as I said this, magically the fees got wiped due to a 'mix up' - convenient. Then we eventually do move out our property and they tell us the deposit of nearly 600 will be released to us 7 days after moving out, well 3 weeks later and you guessed it... we are yet to receive that money. I have emailed multiple times, with no reply. Every time we called the person was 'out' and would call us back, which again never happened. We literally just kept waiting and calling and waiting, they told us that it would be with us by xxx date. It wasn't. Eventually, 2.5 weeks after moving out we call them, only to be told the refund was never processed - what a surprise, and it will 'be with you by the end of the week', well the end of the week is looming and still no refund. Genuinely just robbing, lying creatures. Oh and not to mention they deducted 70 from our deposit for a 'professional oven clean', I asked for an invoice for this, which of course is yet to be sent over. I won't be letting that slide either. Genuinely if they don't buck their ideas up I have no choice but to take this further as at this point it is robbery. Avoid at all costs, if you are in a position to do so.
