These people are supposed to help in finding work for people with disabilities. They do very little. In my case they left me totally demoralised and one of the managers was very unprofessional. What really annoys me though is a complaints proceedure dsigned to frustrate and wrap you in red tape meaning anyone can behave how they like and never be accountable for anything. It they put as much effort into helping their clients as they do into preventing investigation of complaints they would be a much better company.
