absolutely barbaric the way young people and families are being treated by this place. My child was reffered by a doctor for many serious issues and my child was rejected. Appalling place and rude staff.

Was ok untill I hit 17, since then Ive been given a new worker named Jan Parkinson who now claims I dont suffer with anxiety or depression anymore even though shes only spoken to me once. In November of 2021 I was supposed to have an appointment but they never told me when so I ended up missing it. After that, they send me a letter saying if I dont ring them Ill be discharged for missing an appointment. So I rang on the 16th of December 2021 the day I got the letter, the receptionist woman said that theyd call me back on that day what a shocker they didnt. I had to call Them back on the 30th of December 2021 and again, they said that theyd call me back within a week (didnt happen, again). So I yet again made the choice to ring them on the 18th of January 2022 to which they said the same thing that theyd call me again. I was half expecting it not to happen but half way through my lesson at college a contractor from camhs named Anna/Ann/annabell rang me to say I had been discharged in November and theyve no idea why she even had to ring me and called it stupid. Bit unprofessional. So I was in tears at college and told my mum, my mum rang and the receptionist woman said that I had never been discharged and that they dont know who this Anna woman i. They booked me an appointment then for the day that Im writing this, Monday the 7th of February 2022, I have been out of my sleeping medication for three months now, I am exhausted and hoping this camhs appointment doesnt let me down, I was feeling hopeful but no! They cancel it on the day that Im supposed to have it. Theyve rescheduled it for the 28th of February 2022 which means more waiting. Im sick of this. If you or your child had been referred here I would suggest you go private.Im sat here in tears writing this.
