I called DLB Roofing in June after being let down by many other roofers they came out the same day to have a look at my roof/gutter. They told me what the problem was and explained everything that they would do. They said they wouldn't be able to do the work for approximately 7 weeks but I was more than happy to wait as they seemed genuine and professional. They kept to their word and contacted me around 6 weeks later to start the job, due to a delay in scaffold they couldn't start until the following week but kept me informed. They completed the job efficiently and with very little mess left behind. They sent me photos of the work before, during and after and called me to talk through everything they had done. Daniel and his team at DBL Roofing are superb. We've just moved into a new house and our survey listed various things that needed sorting on the roof and we got various contractors out to give us quotes. We chose DBL Roofing because they were by far the most professional. Came and checked the roof, gave me a detailed breakdown of what they found and explained how they would fix it, and gave us a proper written quotation. We did have to wait a few weeks longer than initially anticipated before they could start the work as they are so busy (an excellent sign!!) and we are so so pleased with the work. A lovely team, really friendly and professional. They were here at the crack of dawn each day to power through. Talked me through everything they did at the end of each day. Super tidy too, cleaned up every afternoon, so didn't have to worry abut kids playing out back after they'd gone for the day. Really helpful when asked for advice / recommendations for other things that need doing. And detailed invoice sent once work was done too, which is bril.
