I have recently sold a property through Tiger. The advice on price by Simon was spot on and when I ended up in a small bidding competition, Jodie sorted it. Whilst I had a reasonable handle on what was going on Gail still made a couple of calls to make sure I was up to date. The sale went through seamlessly.

Rang today to enquire about a house thats for sale. Answer machine came on. Im 4th in the queue, waiting time 55 seconds. Oh thats not long I though. After a minute Im 2nd in the queue. 5 seconds waiting time. Great ! Minutes later Im 4th in the queue waiting time 1 min 5 seconds ! Where did the two in front of me come from ? Then after a while they hung up on me !! I called again. I was 2nd in the queue waiting time 40 seconds. Not bad I though again and so on and on 4th 2nd 4th again & after a while an answer machine came on asking to leave my name and number. I did and asked someone to call me. It was about 1pm. Surely enough time to ring me back today. Nothing. No return call. Well I hope the people who use Tiger to sell their house understand that potential buyers are not being looked after. Cant be bothered to call back.

My rental property has been managed by Tiger E&L for some time now. It have been taken over from Oystons when they discontinued to operate. I guess like with most estate agents, you do not hear from then when everything is fine. My tenant has been really good and I've been quite lucky with this tenancy. However, on few occasions then things needed organising I still have to coordinate it all, initially arranging the plumber or gas engineer tp come out despite the fact that they are receiving monthly payment from rent to "manage" the property/ tenancy. If anything I felt that I had to remind them of the 6 monthly check ups and chase most things up. I found that exactly the same with previous estate agents I had to deal with in the past so nothing new there. I also had the property set for sale in the meantime and it took a very long time to get any interest. No new pictures were taken or updated on site. No proactive attitude from the company. I nearly gave up hope. Until a manager called Simon Fielding approached me and reassured me that this property should have more interest. He was surprised himself that it has been on the market for so long. He then (as it seems) took upon himself to raise the interest and within few months I started getting offers on the house. I am now in the process of sale which again comes with it's own issues, lack of communication, disjointed management from the company. I have to chase up all communication, check up on the progress. There seems to be different person working on the sale (and previously rent) each time I make contact. The only two constant people I tent do reach out to as I have faith (which they have earned with their actions) are Simon and Jodie. It feels frustrating having to do that on weekly basis as it should really be other way round but if you need to get the job done ...(as the saying goes). It is difficult and stressful enough having to coordinate between your solicitor and the buyers and their solicitor and then needing to chase up estate agents to complete the sale is just too much. Recently the rental part of the business, I feel, has deteriorated even more. I will be happy not to having to deal in general with estat agents ever again. If I could I would give 5 stars for Simon, 4 stars to Jodie but 2 starts for overall Tiger company. So 3 as an avarage.
