        Visited with my 2 year old yesterday, saw admission to wacky warehouse was 4 for term time between 9am-3pm, we visited 12pm, the woman then charged me 5 for general admission, which was the price from 3pm onwards, when I questioned her, she said that's term time price, I replied it is term time! The kids are in school, she looked at me and proceeded to walk away, worst customer service I've ever experienced. We then ordered food and it came luke warm after paying almost 30 for 2 adults and a kids meal, will not be returning

        Absolutely abysmal. They use a single queue for the bar system which just confuses everyone (cus its a BAR!!). Signs everywhere saying order via the app then when you go on the app it says food ordering not available. At first it was a 45min wait for food, then after wed sat down and got drinks, they stopped food service - in the middle of the day. 0 stars if I could.

        Entered an empty restaurant, got seated and while choosing food we were told food wasn't available as they were expecting 3 bookings of 16, I'm sure they could have sorted something for two toddlers and an adult. I'll take my cash elsewhere, should have read the other reviews.
