Helpful staff, quick testing times when trading in consoles.

A staff member (possibly manager) seemed very off with me when querying a promo and accused me of lying when querying previous orders on the system. Other staff members have been fine in the past but this visit didn't sit well with me. Serving time can also be a bit slow in the evening and weekends, maybe they're over run and it leads to frustration, resulting in the strange experience I mentioned above.

Arrived at 4.50pm on a Friday to trade in a PS4 for the new xbox x series and potentially spend 400+ but unfortunately the staff member told me he was not willing to do this as the store was busy? 3 or 4 people in and 2 other members of staff on hand for the game part that was happening in the corner... these clearly don't want to have sales or deal with customers after a certain time. Won't be returning and will take my custom else where!
