My daughter attended a birthday party here, we arrived before the birthday girl to be told we had the wrong time and that the party was later in the day. Panic! I called her parents who said no the time was correct and they were on their way. The staff informed me the booking was changed as they had spoken to the parent room we waited. The birthday party arrived and it was indeed booked for that date and time. The girls then did timed trap escape room challenge, which they found confusing even though the room was recommended as an easy level and pieces were missing. All in all the girls left with very mixed experiences of their day

The room was great, but the member of staff was incredibly uninteresed. She lacked enthusiasm and obviously didn't want to be there. This shows how good the actual puzzles were because we had a good time despite the incredibly dull commentary given at the beginning and end of the experience.
