Sometimes people think going with a small family run business will mean higher prices but not with this company, the shop is well stocked with carpets, vinyls etc in any colour and design you could wish for. The staff all make you feel welcomed and are full of ideas and advice to help you make a choice. Mark, the owner and fitter will come to your house to measure up and give you the measurements that you require and a price. There are lots of sample books to borrow to decide what carpet, vinyl etc will look the best in your house. Mark is a brilliant fitter and Penwortham carpets has fitted all our house and he has also come back to refit when we needed to lift the carpet to get to the floorboards. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they will always try their best to accommodate you. Would definitely recommend them to all our friends and family, who have all used them in the past.

Absolutely delighted with the two bedrooms carpeted by Mark and Stephen. Lovely small family business. Great service throughout. Just to mention of Sam in the office also, very friendly and pleasant. So glad I went with them and not the big companies. Will be recommending them to friends and family.
