The installation team seemed to lack attention to detail and did not take the time to properly secure the carpets, resulting in uneven patches and unsightly wrinkles. The rough edges also posed a potential safety hazard for my family and guests.
When I brought these concerns to the attention of the company, they were dismissive and unresponsive to my complaints. Their lack of accountability and unwillingness to rectify the situation only added to my frustration and disappointment.
Overall, I would not recommend this carpet company for anyone in need of reliable and quality installation services. Their lackluster work and poor customer service are simply not worth the time or money.
