I have deleted my original comments and resubmitted my post after being contacted by Richer Sounds Customer Services manager, he was very apologetic that I had had a disappointing experience. He told me he had contacted the Preston store to understand what had gone wrong. Both the manager and assistant manager agreed there had been a breakdown in communication from what I had been told on the telephone to when I arrived at the shop to compare and hopefully buy headphones. I was invited to go back and purchase the Bluetooth headphones I had been interested in. The assistant manager James was very helpful and I came away happy with the headphones I wanted. Many thanks to Tom Griffiths and Paddy from customer services and the staff at Richer Sounds Preston shop for handling my complaint in a professional and friendly manner. I will definitely return when I next need quality Hi Fi products.

Great place, Howie very helpful always use Since my last use of this branch, I find myself looking elsewhere,, feel like service not what it used to be. It's still the best value 95% of the time, but experience is a big thing, the buzz you get from upgrading etc. Matt great sales advice, knowledgeable. Experience was better
