        Really impressed with Thrifty, had absolutely no issues with them at all. A car was given to me whilst mine was being repaired through the insurance. The car was really nice and suited me well for my needs. Thank you for a smooth service :)

        Let me down 24 hours before I needed the car. No empathy by staff member and no alternative. Was promised a refund and 2 weeks later still not had the refund. Rang up to chase and staff member Darren acted like I was the one in the wrong by chasing my money up and wouldnt give me a straight answer. Very unprofessional
