Staff extremely friendly from head onchos to the cleaner I spoke to (not dissing cleaners I'm one myself) my mum has been in residence since end of January this year (2023) place is extremely clean. Mum is sooooo happy where she is, and so am I thankyou to ALL staff involved in mums care especially Lisa who I've spoken to most and Tracy deputy manager who I've had a lot of contact with xx

The staff at Abraham house are heaven sent.. their genuinely loving and caring for all the residents they can't do enough for each of them... My mum is being very well looked after in there ..at least now she's got 24/7 professional care.. thank you to you all

We love Abraham house, the care they have shown to our mother is excellent, the staff are great ,friendly and always helpful It feels like being around family Thank you so much for everything

This home is not run well staff smoking outside or on mobile phones my relative shares a room with another resident and pays over 700 A week for this privilege also never has her own clothes on always someone else's, the staff (carares)are great but the management fails totally, the tv is unwatchable and the residents rely on this for their only entertainment
