I had order from them multiple items they delivered one part of it with a huge delay, when one single item from my order has arrived I've been told the rest will be with me within a couple of days it's been two weeks ago and still nothing, also didn't reply for the email what I left for them a week ago.
Today I try to get in touch with them trough the phone and ask about my delivery I've been told that they can't deliver the rest of my order because I only paid one for the delivery but I can pick up.
The delivery charge is 5pound if they can't manage to get my order in one they should offer multiple drop off for that price.
So disappointed
