        Hamza at the front service desk was brilliant and very helpful, the manger Liam was fantastic too upgrading my car, as I was celebrating Eid, would highly recommend using these guys, also give Hamza a promotion

        SHOCKING!! Ordered a van a week in advance for 8am pick up. Someone from Enterprise rings me up the night before around 16.30, to tell me they can't provide me with a van till 10 am. Leaving ne no time to shop around for another. I needed the van at 8am!! None negotiable. Luckily I found a small local company at the top of Walker Street, Preston who saved the day. Enterprise fed me some storie on how they couldn't provide me with the van. When I asked if they are going to let me down, they said it wasn't their fault. Who's was it then? You think you safe going for a big company when infact your just a number to them. There were things they could have done to get me the van for 8, but chose not to. LAZY STAFF. STAY AWAY Yove been warned
