        Visited for the first time yesterday. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. Will definitely be going there regularly. If only customer service such as this could be found in more places.

        Good stock on everything needed. Staff were very well trained and informed us of different types of reptiles and what type of care is needed for each one of them. Decided having a reptile was not for us, however, appreciated the staff's assistance and extended knowledge and enjoyed looking at the adorable animals in the shop! Thank you.
