        This is a fabulous butchers. Trevor is passionate about what he does and goes the extra mile for customer satisfaction. The meat is top quality and Trevor welcomes all feed back. We used to go to the Leyland branch whilst he was there but now prefer to travel over to Longton for his expertise. His apprentice, Emily, is so welcoming and is clearly eager to learn the trade and couldn't have a better mentor.

        Just bought Topside and made myself a quick steak, egg and chips for lunch. Got to say the beef is ridiculously good and worth the price for the quality, will be back again for sure.
