Still closing at 3pm despite restrictions lifting. When are you going to provide a service to working people that you advertise everywhere? Worst branch and service ever, told me to go 8 miles to nearest branch thats open after 3 pm ,disgusting, and they tell me they are reduced hours to protect staff and customers! How is that looking after your customers in covid?
