I was passed Rob's details through a friend of mine following an accident I had where I needed a new bumper, headlights and grill for my car. As this was my first accident, I was at a lost for where to go, who to contact and how much this would cost me. I was getting quotes for up to 1000 for the damage and was becoming extremely worried at how I would afford this. Rob went above and beyond what he needed to do to try and source me replacement parts and the cheapest alternative possible without lining his own pockets and at no extra gain to himself, even messaging me out of hours to advise. Eventually, I ended up going through my insurance due to the other person involved wanting to go down this route. I explained this to Rob as he had put a lot of leg work in the day and offered to pay him just for how kind and helpful he had been throughout the whole process. Rob kindly declined this and said he was happy just to help me. This was a really uncomfortable and unlikely scene I found myself in and the way Rob handled it will not leave my memory anytime soon. Sorry for the long review but it is deserved in this case, I will recommend KnD to anybody who asks in the future and will certainly be coming here for any future car problems. Thank you, Rob.
