Let's see, we've had carers stealing from an old disabled woman who has enough to worry about from her conditions. (been to court and everything, and won) the people in the office actually give the woman greif for wanting an apology from them, yes after the case was won in court. Telling her there's no proof to claim any sort of insurance. We have carers leaving her on the toilet and not putting her to bed when she has trouble walking. all complaints are not taken seriously and are cheeky enough to give this poor woman lip for bringing it up. This is just the tip of the iceburg, absolutely shocking agency and yes there's a couple nice carers but the fact they work for this company is beyond me. picking on the poor and vulnerable and even sticking up for convicted theiving carers over the people they are supposed to protect. The company keeps changing it's name aswel. Also they have the cheek to try and over ride doctors orders for medication times. The local mp shall be written to very soon. Good carers are like gold dust these days because companies like these let them get away with absolute murder. I hope there isn't a karmic debt in the afterlife for they're own good.
