First time purchasing from this place - Well I tried to. They used to accept Clearpay but that was no longer an option so I had to set up a Klarna account in order to purchase the item Id be waiting for to come back in stock.. A few days after placing the order, I get an email stating my order couldnt be processed due to their supplier not replenishing the stock. To make it worse, they didnt update this on the automated emails, so I keep receiving emails asking if I want to purchase the original item!

Horrible experience. Bought a few items to receive 50 free delivery. You have a choice at checkout. Clearly free delivery states 0 so ticked this box. Then chose Apple Pay. Now unbeknown to me and this apparently is a fault that occurs milliseconds before you double click that Apple Pay can default to numerous things. This is something that isnt picnic its a fault but as the contract is with the retailer only something they can resolve. In this instance it auto added next day delivery. Looking at how the emails are worded, this is a company poorly run. Most would conduct an investigation feeling sorry their customer has had this experience. Not assume so rudely they have absolutely no idea how a checkout works. Something that is now part of everyday life. Theyve either resolved and dont want to admit as small business margins are teeny and like everyone struggling to survive or naive enough to not understand that this is something. Either way I hope they have resolved for others. I know the money has been spent on delivery so this cant be changed but a Im so sorry this has happened we will get this resolved moving forward but to apologise please next time have this 20% code. Clearly wouldnt give them a penny more but this is Customer Service!!! Not screen print this is a checkout. Like Im a 99 year old who has never shopped online. I do know how these things work and I do work with businesses daily! Customers are King and if you dont know how to deal with customers. Assuming as you ignored my last email! Then employ someone who can!!

Got a bread bin, tea sugar coffee pots, utensil holder and biscuit tin from these. Was cheaper from here than the brands own website. Love them.
