very dissapointing experince encountered at all levels - bca customer services, branch customer services bca preston, management bca preston. have paid and booked a vehicle for delivery, been assigned to a driver and due for delivery on the 14th, car is a no show so we call on the 15th and we are told that they do not know where the car is and that someone will call us on monday as its friday and they do not work on the weekends...monday comes no phone call, no car so we call again and we are told that the car is out and it will be with us by the end of the day so we wait and of course, as you would imagine no vehicle has been delivered so we call again on tuesday when we are told that the vehicle is actually at another depot as one of the assigned drivers could not delivery it due to unknown reasons and that wednesday someone will call us and tell us what is going on. during each call made to customer services they have tried to contact preston branch who never answered their phone - you are talking about 3-4 days of continous calling ! ...until customer services gave up and gave up preston branch direct number who again ( of course ) did not know anything, couldnt do anything, they had to email transport, no number available to call, even spoke to a manager JASON PETE who had no clue what he was talking about, he was reading a script about the car being delivered within the 11 days as per their terms and conditions when we were arguing the fact that they booked it for a date, it didnt turn up and each day we were lied or given false or part information on where the car is and when it will be delivered. we have asked JASON PETE to look back at the phone calls we made to customers services and his branch when no one answered but he refused saying hes too busy and hes done his job properly that the car has been delivered in 11 days trying to defer from all the lies and arguing that its customers service fault and he will raise it with them but he was not interested in folowing my complaint ... terrible so stay away if possible. i highly reccomend bca blackbushe!!!1
