        We have purchased lighting in the past from this company as we are long term customers of Doorway to Value however we will never deal with them again after our recent purchase. Faulty items, poor sales advice, poor after sales. Zero stars!

        I've always found the staff very helpful and very friendly. Today, I needed to order a replacement glass shade for a light as I had discovered one of our existing shades had a crack in it. I phoned and they very quickly sorted me out and arranged for a delivery directly to my home. Great service.
