Ordered 2 Grohe parts for our cistern at 18:15 pm and paid 4.99 next day delivery. Parts arrived here in Portsmouth at 11:24 am. Items were securely packaged and tracking the package was excellent. Job has been completed in less than 20 hours after ordering. We have no hesitation in recommending this company for their service and felt 4.99 for next day delivery from Chorley to Portsmouth was excellent value for money.

Great service DHS . Part ordered over the phone and reserved for collection next morning. Drove 40 miles to Chorley the part was there and your man Tyler could not have been more helpful and pleasant.

Not the best experience, 1 out of several items was wrong. They sent an earth clamp instead of a u-guage hose. Phoned and the guy asked I send pics via email and he will sort it, no news after week or 2 so phoned again and lady asked I send another email with pic then ask I package it back up and post back bare in mind the item is probably less then 5 so I said not being funny I've spent ages on calls and emails for an item that's only a few quid so either sent me what I ordered or don't because I haven't got time to run around to post office etc packing parcels, gave them a chance to put there mistake right. Anyway still no u-guage hose so got one locally. I'd advise anyone thinking of ordering better get from somewhere else like bes this has been my 1st and last experience with them. Considering I use a lot of money worth of materials each year they lost a potentially good customer because I liked there website and the things they sell thought I'd give it ago and this is my experience. In my opinion if you send someone the wrong thing and it's a cheap item any descent company would just send the correct item straight out no questions asked.
