Adam and his team provided an excellent service from start to finish. The quote was detailed and the design evolved to match our budget. Prices were honoured and even savings in materials passed on. During the build everything happened when it should and the team were here every day at 8am prompt for 5 weeks until completed. Adam has an eye for detail and anything not 100% was corrected. Our design included a pond and Adam was very knowledgeable on how to go about it and provided good quality pond equipment. We are very pleased with the results and happy to recommend

Homescapes did an excellent job on the newly transformed garden and I couldnt be happier with the results. I only had a vague idea of what I wanted done, Adam and Rachel was able to advise on options. From initial contact, Adam and Rachel were responsive and professional and was able to come over to discuss the garden plans. I used Homescapes because they came across as respectful, knowledgeable and thoughtful, listening to me and making good suggestions for improving the design I had envisioned. From the design process through to completion, the attention to detail was exemplary. Reasons for the different elements of the design and the choice of materials was explained, and I was shown samples of everything before finalising it. The team on site was largely responsible for managing the garden build and was very kind, prompt, neat and hardworking. They were also careful to keep our neighbour's side neat and tidy, and the quality of the workmanship was outstanding. During the work, nothing was too much trouble. The team were happy to answer questions and regularly checked that I was pleased with their work. I did ask for a couple of small changes from the initial plan which wasn't a problem, they were always polite and helpful. The site was left clean and tidy every day and the final result is fantastic. I can't fault their service and the final outcome. The garden is much more usable now, drainage is sorted and its a great use of a small space. A complete makeover of my neglected garden. I would definitely recommend Homescapes. Homescapes (1990) Ltd have just completed landscaping work on the side of my house. They replaced an old rotten fence and adjusted, levelled and paved the side of my house so we could use it fully. They also made a path leading to the new area from the front and fitted a gate. Now we can use it for BBQs, bin storage, garden storage, play area for my little boy etc. Adam was there from start to finish and advised us at every step of the way for the results we wanted. Kept us informed throughout. Jay and the team worked hard each and every day, consulted and guided me to make decisions that only the homeowner could decide on while the work was on going. I felt very comfortable with them in and around my home and was effortless. Very polite and respectful too. The result is absolutely outstanding, I actually couldn't be happier with the quality materials and workmanship. The new fence is perfect and looks great. Paved area really transforms the space into something I want to use and be around. We will use Homescapes for all our future projects, but even though they aren't cheap, they are quality, efficient, turn up on time and work hard to give the results we wanted.
