Pradeep and Faizan are literally the best. They have helped us to find a really nice property according to our requirements within a short period of time. They were extremely polite and helpful with all the queries and the entire process was pretty much straight forward and transparent. Ignore the negative reviews and go for them if you are having a hard time finding a property to move in. They are the men who can get the job done, no matter what.

We were in contact with Pradeep Divakara at evergreen estate agents who was extremely helpful and professional. The team was incredibly responsive, even out of office hours, in order to facilitate the process as quickly and as easily as possible. They have been very understanding in regards to all our requests / enquiries and were happy to go beyond the call of duty in order to making us put at ease within the process. I would say that they exhibited a high level of patience and professionalism necessary. Would definitely recommend, and would be happy to collaborate with them again!

Me and my partner went for a property viewing with evergreen estate agent and would say we wouldnt recommend anyone to actually use their service because weve found that its disrespectful, rude and lack of leadership.The agent named Pradeep divakara Told us that he is the landlord of the house were seeing. But his behaviour was suspicious and it caught our attention of not believing it that hes actually own the property. On the phone after the viewing he immediately said we arent working adults (for unknown dodgy reason) and was insulting that we might have criminal records that need to go through a DBS. We then come to an agreement which wed provide all the documents he required and we required a copy of ID and the proof of certification of the property ownership)He Then said hed declined this (because hes nothing to prove) every tenants hold the right to know whats their landlord name and the home address of the landlord. We then search for the property owner name on HM land registry which comes out to be jasper Holmes limited. I will report this to the PRS not certainly making a complaint but to let them acknowledge about this incident and would like to create awareness for people whod like to use their company at the first time
