Todds Motorhomes

Wonderful team of people making dreams come true! Steve was fantastic all through the buying process and the service team have been brilliant with sorting a couple of minor niggles post purchase. I was talking to a couple from the Outer Hebredes there last week, whilst waiting (not very long) for my minor niggles to be sorted. They'd come all that way and were waiting 5hrs for their habitation check, having dealt with Todds for many, many years. Now if that doesn't say something about trust and reliability, I don't know what does!

Well established business, have purchased from them in the past. A little short on stock at the moment, but then most dealers are.

We had the misfortune of dealing with a salesman called Andrew. He asked if we would like any help so I asked he could give me some information regarding a Autotrail, he replied it was bought and sold and that was it. He then told me do I look that sad. Then he said in a very strange manner I bet you want me to go and find out. I replied yes if that would be possible. 5 minutes later he came back with very limited information and told me that he is only interested in the commission he makes from each sales. He then proceeded to slouch over the motorhome and became very agitated and argumentative. I want the owner of Todds to know that I have dealt with Steve the salesman he couldnt be any more helpful so this is not an overall reflection on Todds and that you should consider who you have selling your Motorhomes as I dont think Andrew is up to the job.
