When I dropped the car off, there was 1 car being worked on and no other cars parked up - however they couldnt even look at the car until the next day. I'd asked for a quote before work commenced and was quoted for high end tyres. When I returned the call to discuss the quote it took about 10 calls before someone answered. I asked for a quote for a mid range tyre and was told they had already ordered and got the high end tyre as it was after 11am. I persevered with wanting the mid range quote which was 100 cheaper. I confirmed that order with the understanding I'd need to wait a further 24hrs. The person who dealt with me as I picked up the car hardly spoke to me and it felt as though I was an inconvenience rather than a customer.

Matt was brilliant. I was driving through Preston with a suddenly deflating tyre. The car going mental. Saturday a.m. no appointment. Straight in, fixed and out again. What a service!
