        Waste of Time - pay peanuts, get monkeys 2 visits as no one to help at all in boot area. On second visit, eventually got someones attention. Two makes of boots to try, gave size required, kid came back with one pair one size to big, second pair 2 sizes to big ! No comment, just handed over to me in the boxes & disappeared. Needless to say, I just left. Wont return to this store again

        One particular member of staff with a really bad attitude who was blatantly rude when I asked to get some shoes in my size to try on. Said bluntly that there is someone at the walking shoe section when there quite obviously wasn't and he didn't want to help me even though he was 10 feet away from where the shoes were. Shocking customer service.
