We booked a house viewing with Della and nobody showed up. We stood there for 30 mins and wasted a trip. No apology either.

Both my husband and myself can't thank Forbes Estates Agents, Chorley enough. We recently sold an apartment in Leyland and the help we got from the staff was fantastic. The staff are really helpful and if I was work hard. I would recommend anyone to who is wanting to buy or sell a property to consider going to Forbes Estate Agents. Thank you Paul and Staff.

We all know buying a house is an experience for its own given the currently climate. As a first time buyer Forbes (Paul & Della) went above and beyond to support me throughout the process. It didnt run as smoothly as it should have but Della in particular was there every step of the way to get me through it. Communication was faultless from start to finish and nothing was to much trouble. These guys are true wizards when it comes to dealing with solicitors to! I couldnt for asked for a better estate agents to buy from and wouldnt think twice about selling or buying with them again in the future!

Fantastic service. Sold our property in a matter of days, achieving well above our expectations. Della was amazing, helping us get to completion, which wasnt straight forward. Highly recommended!
