        The lovely staff at Fulwood Gallery went above and beyond with their customer service. I wanted a card from the Queen framing for my Grandad turning 101 but had left it til late as hed been so poorly. They managed to speed through the process so we could present it to him on his birthday. I was so grateful and they did a beautiful job. He loved his present and has it pride of place on the wall. Thanks so much, you made his day!
