        Bought an item on Amazon, DPD failed to deliver as stated so I requested cancellation, I arrived home from work 5 days to find the item left on my doorstep. Emailed via amazon to arrange collection and return and they don't even bother to respond. Useless company, take my advice avoid and use a proper company

        These clowns are ghostbikes and tried messing me around when I returned my faulty helmet!! They lied to PayPal saying they had not heard from me or received the helmet back? They did not realise I had every email between me and them And a tracking number and confirmation that they received the helmet. PAYPAL gave me a full refund!!
