Its a shame. One of the male pharmacists is very helpful Hussain I think. I was stood at counter for over five minutes. Another lady was also waiting. I was going to phone them and them I was waiting. They need a buzzer fitting and customer training.

How a year has changed my opinion on this pharmacy. I wrote a review a year ago with 5 star, if I could take them back I would and give missus five stars. I have visited Lloyd Pharmacy for over a year with a repeat prescription every month. On a few occasions they do not have the tablets in stock, one time I had to wait over a week with several excuses until finally gave up and went to another pharmacy, picking then up straight away no problem. The staff seem to be playing a game of hide and seek, do they not realise the mirror they have set up works both ways. While they ignore customers by chatting to each other they are on view. When they do surface they are either rude or totally incompetent. My waiting time is probably averaging 15 minutes with another 15/20 minutes wait till they do the order which was ordered online a few days before. Had enough and changed to another pharmacy. Copy of 1st review- Very helpful fast service, couldn't do enough for you, gave good advice. Think the ladies behind the counter name was Angela? Would recommend

You stand there for ages without anyone noticing your presence. The assistant after I called out "hello?" was very rude and had a real attitude. I was there for a minor ailments request. She refused to help and basically said I can pay for it. She said they had sold out. When only a month prior the male behind the counter let me have piriton on prescription.Nasty and arrogant not happy and won't be going there again!!! Avoid at all costs. She was a young girl as mentioned in other reviews. It's the second time I've dealt with her and I will be making a formal complaint about her. It was shocking. Not what anybody should have to deal with. I'd go as far as saying it was disgusting customer service

Dreadful place the most unwelcoming and rude staff . Prescription rarely ready .. its it will be 20 mins .. not everyone has to go shopping and wait
