Absolutely useless, was booked in for my car to be collected between 12-5pm, I rang in between those times, as I heard nothing from them since the arrangement, I rang at 3pm as I was getting suspicious no one was getting back to me, and there was only two hours left for collection before a bank holiday weekend, I was told the driver is on his way to me next, by 4:50 pm I rang again to find out the driver was over an hour away. I was busy after 5pm and had to cancel, I rebooked with a PROFESSIONAL company.
