The surgery is a complete waste of time, definitely need to change the system for ordering repeat prescriptions. Every time I order there is always something missing staff have the cheek to say it wasn't put in, staff need more training, very rude indeed. I rang once to speak about something and explained that it was a bad line, after the conversation ended the staff forgot to put the phone down and heard her slating me to other in the office. She tried to be apologetic when I shouted down the phone that I'd heard every word. The staff are all incompetent! Would of stayed at my old surgery if it wasn't wasn't out of the area and that's saying something because that was just as bad.

Worst GP practice in my life and they will not consider patient side and no empathy towards others. Need to change the attitude of staff working there and need proper training. Had a bad experience last time. I was waiting for nearly one hour to see the doctor for my kid. And whenever we asked about the time they were changing our doctors room...and finally they said appointment got cancelled. Again they gave me a time next day and again got cancelled and change the time. I felt for an getting an appointment there it's really difficult. No proper communication with the staff and need to review soon.
