I'm a young pensioner and I think that this business must have the best after-sales service/support of any company that I have ever dealt with in the last 40+ years. I ordered (my first purchase) my Yamaha keyboard online and I have needed some help with understanding a lot of things. All of the staff that I have spoken to are very knowledgeable, very helpful and Keith has demonstrated the patience of a saint! They also have very competitive prices too.

Had a bit of an issue with a delivery, Matthew has been understanding and helpful throughout the process of getting it sorted. Hopefully we can resolve this but so far he's been great and because of his ongoing care I will be using this shop again in the future for sure

I have been using AC Hamilton as a first choice music shop for two decades now. I use it for all my gigging requirements and used it for my school when I was a headteacher. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and have been there a long time, always a good sign. They will meet the best deals and its always a pleasure to use them. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic service, have had my last three keyboards from them. Had difficulty downloading an update for my PX5 and after one email conversation they arranged for a USB to be sent to me free of charge. First class service and I will continue to support over the years. Thank you
