please avoid them. waste of time, recently used them. staff is not co operative, never replies to emails, letters or phone calls. very good in price but honestly its our legal issues one should handle them seriously.

Absolutely disgraceful. They are totally incompetent. I used them for the completion of my house sale and communication was always bare minimum on their part. On completion they sent me through a statement of costs etc. I noticed that they had miscalculated and overpaid my Estate Agent and left myself out of pocket by 216. This is clearly their admin error as I immediately pointed out to them and they was politely asked by myself and my Estate Agent if they would cancel the original cheque and re-issue two new ones for the correct amounts. This was obviously too much for them to comprehend and deal with. My completion was on 28 March this year and I still awaiting my money. I have lost count of the number of times myself and my partner have tried to contact them. Numerous phone calls and emails all very polite asking for an explanation. I have never got one. Please take my advice and never use them, I worked for a law firm for many years and clients would never have been treated in this manner never mind how small the job was. I will be taking this matter further even if I end up out of pocket there is a principle here and I will see that justice is done.
