Very quick and easy service. Everything is explained over the phone and then details are also sent to the email address. For whatever reason I couldn't book the car through the app but was done very quick over the phone

Car was ok staff were rude and unhelpful 216 taken from my bank after car hire was paid for having to wait 7/10 days for refund

I hired a car for our trip down to Cornwall, booked it online and went to pick it up from Preston, the lady that served me was lovely,very polite and helpful very easy to go though everything,I got a vauxhall Crossland and what a lovely car,she took me round the car to check everything,she also did a deal on the fuel so it was cheaper,I would highly recommend europcar Preston.
