Excellent service and top quality work. I called in to obtain a quote for repairs to my car after scraping and denting the rear door and wheel arch on my gatepost. the car was 'booked in' for the work to be carried out in 2 weeks time . After leaving the car with them it was returned to me in under a week looking like new all repaired shiny and fully valeted. Thank you all very much for the work carried out. Thank you Dan & Justin as I also dodged a bullet too as these are supposed to approved repairers for Direct Line. Colin never replied to any emails sent & very reluctant to share the estimate with me, until I instructed my insurer they have too under GDPR. So sketchy & when I saw the quote it was a very inflated price, just under 3k! Parts listed etc that were totally unnecessary & great work of fiction. Went to a local garage who did everything within my excess and less than 10% of these guys quoted. Told my insurer that if they do this, there is absolutely no way I would trust them with my car. Not bothered how long they have been established, or family based. Just do a honest days work & be reasonable as this why our premiums skyrocket. I dare Colin to be accountable for his action as ignoring my emails was unprofessional & I gave him more than one chance. I am glad I sought support from my local garage the business as well deserved & got my car back in 3hrs. These guys stated at least 7days, so bear this in mind if looking repairs & service. Just don't rip us working class of with shoddy service & pretend you're professional as my encounters with you were far from that. Before you say back street garage; nope & original parts & prompt service with great communication. Like most people, we just want a honest, reliable service but don't take advantage because our cars are messed up. Service: Body & Trim

Poor service. Insurance claim. Insurer placed claim with them but despite me making contact they are not bothered. No updates nothing. Avoided at all costs. Seems from other reviews I dodged a bullet with these

Recently needed a quote for a car repair for insurance and was confident that they were the best firm for the job, they were enthusiastic about being able to help and restore my specialist body wrap. However I waited two weeks for the quote and had to chase them on the phone and email for the quote. When it came the figure was outrageous, more than the value of the car! I know quality cost a little bit more but my insurance probably won't wear this and I don't want the car written off so I hope to get the repair elsewhere. Shame as they have a stellar review but nobody mentioned the cost.
