I am at the lowest point I have been at in my entire life, truly feeling suicidal. I rang 111 who gave me the number for the office at Blackpool FC. I rang and michele answered. She opened my file and literally (I'm not even exaggerating) 10 seconds later, I was met with abuse. She said I was at HMP Lancaster farms so must have got mantal health help I needed. Then she said as I was at HMP Preston on the same sentence, I must have got help there. She said she knew this as she used to work at Preston jail (pre covid). I was in for a total of 12 weeks in 2 jails. This was at Christmas during Covid when we were locked up 23 hours a day. The minimum time to see mental health was 26 weeks. Her attitude was absolutely disgusting. I was told by 111 that this was a crisis team and michele basically accused me of lying about my condition in less than a minute of talking to me. michele should not be a nurse and definitely should not be answering phones with that attitude when people are ringing to try and stop themselves committing suicide. I would give 0 stars if I could. I will be putting this across to the highest level possible. This is wrong on so many levels.

I have nothing but praise for Joanne who was my specialist during the ME/CFS programme. The programme is very well designed and has numerous ways to help you living with ME/CFS. It was delivered professionally and the paperwork you are given is excellent and there for you to go back to if, like me you need a nudge now and again to stop you falling back into bad habits. Due to Joanne and the teams diligence a medical problem was picked up and acted on appropriately for which I am grateful. It is a very enlightening experience and you learn so much on how to deal with your condition if you are willing to participate and give it a go. I cannot say how highly I would recommend it.

It's management is far more concerned about woke posturing than the care of its patients. It hoover's up taxpayers money at an alarming rate and delivers a service which could be described as mediocre at best.
