I just finished my two weeks agency assignment in Accrol Papers in Leyland. During my 12-hours shifts I was left alone pulling heavy waste containers and doing general cleaning around the factory, while other workers assigned to do this job with me spent most of their time on easy tasks sitting and looking on the screens of their smartphones. And all the ignorant managers and team leaders were happy as it was. There is a strange habit of cleaning all the factory, including the floors with compressed air and blowing all dust up in the air for 1 hour at the start of every shift.
