        We recently had a large area tiled and grouted having chosen the tiles and grout at the showroom. We subsequently confirmed the choice of grout from the Keracoll samples supplied by out tiling contractor. The grout supplied under the same code was very much lighter across the whole area and is extremely disappointing. The company will take no responsibility for this and blame the tiling contractor saying he used too much water, or washed off too quickly. In my view this is a total cop-out for a product that is not produced to fine enough tolerances and the company hides behind 'technical competence' and warnings about shade differences. I shall not use Keracoll again and I would advise others to be exteremly wary if you want the grout to match expectations. Alan Marshall
