        Ordered a large quantity of coving. Should have checked it but due to a full house refurbishment we opened one box at a time, until we got to the last one where a length of coving was missing. The owners response was very curt Orders need to be checked when received, any issues we need to be notified within a reasonable timescale. Due to the timescale, there is nothing we can do We received the order in good faith. Well I wont be recommending this company to any of my clients with that response.

        Outstanding customer service. I wanted to order a ceiling rose, but needed to clarify the delivery day before ordering. Called up, had confirmation it would be posted the next day. Arrived the following day, well packaged and just a lovely item. Having bought a plaster ceiling rose in the past, I would 100% go back to LDM.. there is no way it looks different and so much easier to put up. Thanks for top service!

        Saw Leyland's website and found what we thought we wanted. Decided to call in, as we were on our way to the Lakes, to view a small Victorian ceiling rose. Due to the size of our room, we were advised to purchase a much larger version and what an excellent bit of advice this proved to be ! Its now in place and looks magnificent. An excellent piece of workmanship, with outstanding customer service at a good price. Many thanks.
