I ordered my meals on a wednesday afternoon, thursday afternoon and still no email confirming order, i rang mell at freeze dry she assured me that a confirmation email would be sent along with another email,telling me my parcel had been dispatched and was on its way, she said it would arrive within 3-5 days,which it did, but no email saying they had got my order or email saying it had been dispatched, so i actually thought it was a scam and rang the bank and they agreed it was a scam because of no confirmation of order email after 2 days. yes they arrived in the timeline they said but i wasnt happy with the whole experience, so be warned.mel was loverly on the phone though, but just needed a email confirming order and dispatch information.

Didn't send the right order. I wanted berries, got noodles.

Products has not been shipped after ordering product over a week ago. Not able to provide receipt of refund due to cancelling. Overall poor customer service.
