    Whilst the quality of the product is first class the customer experience is shameful for such a professional company. Owen was great and we were very happy with our price and order. The surveyor was superb and clearly was a time served professional. There appears to be no liaison between each department and no one stop customer person to speak to. We had cancellations for surveys which we appreciate can happen. However a 2-3 day install took over 3 weeks and we were let down on various occasions with the usual customer brush off excuses. We were even told the fitters cannot attend today as they left their tools on the job over weekend we sat and waited in with 3 days off work to be let down. The roof leaked on day 2 before it was finished and we were assured it was all sported. We are now 3 weeks into waiting for it be fixed as its still leaking.the engineer visited and said its a 2 person job we will have to come back. We have now been told we have to wait another 4 weeks as they are busy and the engineer is on holiday. Companies are stretched we appreciate that but knowing what the issues were when we reported them surely raises questions is this a 2 person job? The interaction between each department (sales/estimation/manufacture/fit/cancelled fits/sign off/aftersales/engineers appears totally unconnected with no liaison or interaction. We were classically passed between them and told its not us its another department. Such a shame as we thought we were dealing with a market leading company, the product clearly is but the customer experience is poor.
