Should be zero stars!!! Dreadfull, very few parts in stock and now waiting over 3 months for parts on 'back order'. Staff are excellent, l feel sorry for them having to work for this third rate shoddyoutfit. Use Ebay

After buying my bike a little over 4 months ago I have had nothing but problems, indicators wired up incorrectly, fuel leak, speedo cable has snapped in 2 places and multiple spokes have now broken on my rear wheel, if issues continue to happen then please get in touch with suppliers and manufacturers because this problem is happening at the beging of the building process and if it has happened to me then how many other people could this happen to, I'm just lucky I live close to a dealership who is able to fix these problems

Thanks for my order moto GB is out standing and I will share to my friend and family I never had a problem parts for my bike are hard to get that's why I use moto GB for me there reliable

Had a warranty claim issue with Royal Enfield. Dean liggins handled the issue really well and made the whole experience a lot smoother. Excellent communication 5 Star

Not worthy of 4* but better than 3* I ordered a part that was showing in stock only to receive an email stating that it wasnt and had been placed on back order. The email was confusing,at the start it said that it was placed on back order and that I would automatically be refunded.Further down the email it states that if the item had been back ordered and if you didnt wish to wait for the back order then you had to call to request a refund. I called and was told that the email was incorrect and that they did have stock in store and that they would email me to confirm this,no email was forthcoming so I called the following day and was told that the item was in stock and was due to be dispatched. A few days passed with no delivery nor any confirmation email so called again,this time to be told that the item was in fact out of stock and the part was being ordered directly from Suzuki.I received a dispatch email from both motogb and their courier DPD. The item has now arrived. Their price was good and the staff that I spoke to were friendly on the several occasion that I had to call hence the 3.5*,but,the company needs to change the way that it deals with orders as there is clearly problems with stock control and contacting customers regarding issues with orders.
